On Wednesday 25th September, members of Glasgow's legal profession and its supporters walked together through the city to raise funds for The Access to Justice Foundation. A huge thanks to all those who participated, either by joining us on the walk itself or donating via our JustGiving page.
A special thanks to Sheriff John McCormick for his wonderful address to our walkers before setting off from Glasgow Sheriff Court. And to Immediate Past Dean of the Faculty, Austin Lafferty, for his role as lead walker and route planner. Austin guided the group through the city, providing insightful information on local legal landmarks along the way. The group's final stop was a welcoming reception in our own Faculty Hall, giving all a well earned chance for refreshment and networking. The RFPG are proud to have sponsored the Glasgow Legal Walk once more and we hope you will join us again next year!
