The recent UK government budget – implications for succession and estate planning

We will examine the impact of the Labour government’s autumn budget on succession and estate planning. There will be a particular focus on the changes to inheritance tax rules, including Agricultural and Business Property Relief and consideration of the changes to the inheritance tax treatment of pensions.

Sandy Lamb is a partner in the Private Client team at Lindsays.
