Ameeta acts for a number of high-profile landlords, tenants and lenders and is therefore well equipped to dealwith

iations, lease terminations, sub-letting, assignations and general occupational issues and standard securitiesto sup
port funding.
Ameeta also acts for a number of developer clients in respect of the property elements of site identification, site
development and completion, in tandem with other specialist colleagues in planning, finance and construction.
Ameeta also provides property support to colleagues in her corporate, employment, insolvency and insurance
teams at Clyde & Co for both regional and national transactions.
Malcolm has extensive experience in delivering tailored project management solutions and providing technical advice for clients across various property market sectors. Recent instructions have included industrial unit refurbishment projects, landlord enabling works in the retail sector and Cat A and Cat B office refurbishments. With a background in the insurance sector, Malcolm has substantial experience of preparing appraisals of cost estimates, technical reports and full management of the reinstatement process from inception to completion. Acting for commercial and residential building owners, Malcolm has delivered over 200 insurance reinstatement projects. In recent years, Malcolm has also successfully procured and delivered conservation refurbishment projects across several Grade A and B listed properties and has a keen interest in conservation works generally
Rory focuses on providing advice and assistance to commercial building owners and occupiers, at all stages of the property lifecycle. This includes technical input and cost advice at property acquisition stage, maintenance and improvement works during occupation, and advice in relation to liabilities upon disposal of the property. With a specialism in the field of dilapidations, Rory has successfully negotiated over 250 dilapidations claims in his career to date, working hard to deliver the best possible commercial outcomes and results for his clients. Rory also has a keen interest in refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects, delivering added value for clients with an emphasis on sustainable and energy efficient solutions.
